Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for splicing a needle thread connected to a winding package with a bobbin thread connected to a feeding bobbin in a winding unit of a winder, and a winding unit that executes the method.SOLUTION: A first suction nozzle 12 has a backside guide outline which is stored by a second suction nozzle 25 and guides a prepared bobbin thread in front of a thread splicing device 10, which is turned into a position in front of the thread splicing device 10 together with the stored bobbin thread after the bobbin thread is captured and stored. Further the first suction nozzle 12 is turned, together with a stored needle thread, toward a terminating position 48 in order to insert the needle thread into the thread splicing device 10, after the needle thread is captured and stored. The backside guide outline of the first suction nozzle 12 moves the bobbin thread toward the thread splicing device 10 while forming a thread loop until the needle thread can be captured by a thread guide element to be inserted into the thread splicing device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
