Title:
METHOD FOR SPRAYING CONCRETE OR MORTAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3118186
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved type method for spraying concrete or mortar by a dry process or a wet process in order to apply a concrete or mortar layer to a surface.
SOLUTION: Just before a spraying means or at a spot of the spraying means, aqueous suspension (A) of aluminum compound selected from silica and aluminum, basic aluminum sulfate, alum, and their mixture is added. Herein, the aqueous suspension (A) has a pH<4 and a solid content of 10-50wt.%, and is in a gel state after standing still for 48h. The gelation can be restored to the original state under low shear. Further, as an additive for concrete or mortar to be sprayed, especially as an additive for increasing a thickness of the sprayed layer and decreasing rebounded matter, the aqueous suspension (A) is used.
