Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stabilizing a singly separated system and a system for stabilizing the singly separated system which can reduce the amount of shutdown of a generator required for maintenance of single system frequency or the amount of load shutdown.
SOLUTION: A system stabilizer 10 performs the control of a power source (the control of generators 9A, 9B, and 9C) or the control of load 8A, 8B, and 8C so as to dissolve the demand-supply unbalance between the amount of power supply and the quantity of load, by getting the magnitude of system line power flow taking account of the effect of the amount of load fall caused by the voltage change on occurrence of the separated system, determining the excess of the quantity of generated power and the excess of load from the magnitude of this system line power flow, and inducing the voltage of a load bus IB a little higher than the value before separation in case of excess of the quantity of generated power and a little lower in case of excess of load, thereby adjusting the apparent quantity of load.
