PURPOSE: To arrange bags into a stacked form which is so sufficiently secured as to prevent its breakage yet easy to unstack and provide a highly durable hoisting belt.
CONSTITUTION: In a method for stacking packaging bags and transporting the same, a rectangular bag filled with its contents is sprayed with a glue to form an adhesive face on its upper side in the course of carrying the bag by a conveyor device, a plurality of hanging strips 4 are mounted at predetermined intervals in the grooves 5 formed between mounting plates 2, 2' and 2" on a platform for stacking such bags thereon, a sheet 6 is placed on the hanging strips 4, the aforesaid glued bags are laid on this sheet 6 one upon another while being glued to one another to be arranged into a securely stacked form and the hanging strip 4 is provided with a reinforcing member at the place with which the corners of the stacked bags contact.
