PURPOSE: To adhere a base sheet to an original film without any sag by allowing the first sucking part of the surface of a base board to suck the original film, making the positioned base sheet adjacent to the original film whose position is adjusted, and then moving an impressing body along the base sheet.

CONSTITUTION: An original film F is sucked by a first sucking part 15 of the surface of a base board 11, a double coated adhesive tape T is stuck to the original film F, a base sheet S is positioned to be held by a holding frame 21, and the position of the original film F on the surface is adjusted by moving the base board 11 to the face direction. Then, after the base sheet S is made adjacent to the original film F by making the holding frame 21 adjacent to the base board 11, an impressing body 51 is moved along the base sheet S, the base sheet S is adhered to the original film F with the double coated adhesive tape T, and they are sucked by a second sucking part 16 of the base board 11. Thus, the original film F can be adhered to the base sheet S without any sag.
