PURPOSE: To avoid looseness of a structure of grinding segments attached to a frame of a grindstone and to make it easy to exchange the grinding segments.

CONSTITUTION: A method and structure for sticking grinding segments 2 to a frame 1a of a grindstone and the grinding segments are provided. A grinding part 3 of the grinding segment 2 is attached to each substrate 4 utilizing a sticking material 5. Concrete is favorable to the sticking material. The grinding segments 2 are fastened to the frame 1a of the grindstone by means of a fastening means 6 such as bolts and, as the force to fasten the grinding segments has an influence on only the metallic substrate 4, the force between the frame of the grindstone and the ceramic grinding part is transmitted through only the sticking material 5.
