The method for supplying secondary battery power is provided for use of a secondary battery, including replacement, through a plurality of communication devices on a bidirectional communication network. The method includes a process, where a power generation/communication device which acts as a communication device transfers electric station information containing the specifications and the number of secondary batteries which have been charged to an information exchange device that works as a communication device; a process where the information exchange device introduces the electric station information which has been transferred; a process where a mobile communication device which acts as a communication device browses the electric station information introduced and transfers the information about the request for reservation of replacement of the secondary battery to the information exchange device; and a process where a replacement/recovery communication device, which works as a communication device receives the electric station information introduced.
