To transmit the rotating power from outside stably to a core tube without causing slippage in the fixed part of the core tube, by preventing the slippage between a cylindrical core tube and the outside, and fixing the core tube to the outside, and besides, providing the cylindrical core tube with a projection which can transmit the rotational driving from outside, at the external surface of the cylindrical core tube.
A core tube 1 is fixed by two or more places of plural supports 3, and further it is equipped with a heater 2 as a heating means being arranged to surround this core tube 1. Moreover, to transmit the rotation from a rotation transmitter 4 to the support 3, they are tied in with each other by the transmitting functions such as gears. The tie-in between the core tube 1 and the support 3 is made into tie-in structure 6 with a projection 5 provided at the surface of the core tube 1. Hereby, the rotating power from outside can be transmitted stably to the core tube without causing slippage between the core tube and the support.
