In the case of supporting the equipment 1 for generating periodical vibration on the base 2 by plural supporting tools 3a, 3b, the interval of the supporting tools 3a, 3b on the base side is set up in accordance with frequency for vibration proof and vibration transmitted from the equipment 1 to the base 2 through respective supporting tools 3a, 3b is allowed to interfere at a reverse phase in a required direction to reduce the transmission of vibration in the required direction. Consequently conventional vibration insulation can be rationally used together.
