Abstract:
To provide a novel method for easily separating a rubber from a rubber roller incorporated into an electronic apparatus (such as a copier, a facsimile, a printer, or the like) without damaging a metal member.
This separation method for a rubber roller comprises the first step wherein the rubber of a rubber roller comprising a metal member and a rubber bonded thereto via a primer is separated with a rubber peeling jig and the second step wherein, after the immersion in a heated solvent, the primer is separated from the metal member. A recycling process including a separation process using this separation method is incorporated into a production process of a rubber roller.
