To enable adaptation to snow removal from a stage of a forecast of accumulation of snow or an early stage of the accumulation of the snow by utilizing a snow-removing robot vehicle, so as to improve inefficiency of snow-removing work and traffic congestion caused by late timing of the snow removal on a roadway under a state of the accumulation of the snow.

The snow-removing robot vehicle, which is disposed in the vicinity of the roadway in advance, and an accumulation-of-snow control center, which controls traveling of the snow-removing robot vehicle according to the accumulation of the snow or the forecast of the accumulation of the snow, are provided in order to remove the snow from an area, requiring the snow removal, on the roadway. Additionally, the snow-removing robot vehicle is equipped with a snow-removal detecting means so as to detect completion of the snow removal and automatically stop the snow-removing work.
