Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems caused by liquid heat carrier heat medium attached to a continuous belt-like bag by making the continuous belt-like bag travel around a treatment roll which has been cooled or heated and by performing heat exchange between the treatment roll and the continuous belt- like bag during the travel for cooling or heating.
SOLUTION: A continuous belt-like packaging bag 2 is rolled around a treatment roll 4. The treatment roll 4 is sufficiently cooled in advance by refrigerant, and cooling is continuously performed. If the treatment roll 4 is rolled while a flow of the refrigerant continues, the packaging bag 2 travels and is sequentially pulled through a take-out port 7 out of a housing. The packaging bag 2 is in contact in a large area with the treatment roll 4 which has been sufficiently cooled under function of a pull-out roll 8 during the travel, and it exchanges heat with the roll 4 to be cooled. Since the packaging bag 2 thus need not be in direct contact with heat carrier heat medium, problems caused by the heat carrier heat medium attached to the packaging bag 2 can be eliminated.
