To improve an economical efficiency of a tube in a heating furnace for thermally decomposing a hydrocarbon by improving creep resistance, carbonization resistance and a coking velocity of the tube, wherein the life of the tube is considerably determined by these properties in a thermal decomposition process of the hydrocarbon under existence of steam.
Under the existence of the steam, a prepared mixture is achieved in a process wherein it passes through a centrifugal cast tube with a spiral inner fin heated from the outside, wherein, a vortex flow is generated directly under the fin, and the vortex flow is transferred mainly to a core zone having a shaft flow at a distance gradually increasing in the radial direction from the fin.
