Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to form a coated floor that enhances durability, resistance against wear, and appearance on a surface of a floor coated by aqueous hard urethane-based concrete containing an aggregate.SOLUTION: In a method to form a coated floor by applying a coating floor material on a substrate, a mixed powdery material and a two-pack separate liquid material are prepared to make the coating floor material, the mixed powdery material containing cement, an aggregate and an additive, and the two-pack separate liquid material containing polyisocyanate and polyol for synthesizing an aqueous hard urethane resin. The mixed powdery material and the two-pack liquid material of the coating floor material are mixed to prepare aqueous hard urethane-based concrete composition, and the aqueous hard urethane-based concrete composition prepared is applied on the substrate using a trowel. The coated surface obtained using the trowel is roller-compacted using roller-compaction means, and the aqueous hard urethane-based concrete composition is cured, to make a coated floor of the aqueous hard urethane-based concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
