To provide a transportation method and a transportation device, capable of preventing dehydrated sludge cake from sticking to a flight scraping face of a flight conveyor.SOLUTION: The method of transporting dehydrated sludge cake 13 by a flight conveyor 10 is characterized in that gas is ejected onto a scraping face of the flight conveyor.
