Abstract:
To provide an efficient method for treating an exhaust gas.
The method for treating the exhaust gas containing harmful organic substances volatilized from waste materials by heating the waste materials and comprises a process for removing a solid content contained in the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas using a bag filter. The solid content is removed by using a catalyst bag filter having a catalyst as the bag filter, and at the same time, the harmful organic substances contained in the exhaust gas are made harmless by the catalyst.
