Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enclose a heavy metal, etc. surely and safely, by separating a dust from a discharged gas from an incinerator, mixing a low melting point vitreous substance with said dust, and sintering and solidifying them.
CONSTITUTION: The dust in the discharged gas is separated by an electric dust collector 3 provided on the way of a discharged gas passage R connected to a flue 2 of an incinerator 1. Separated dust is fed to a mixer 5, and is mixed with a low melting point vitreous substance fed from a hopper 6. This mixture is fed to a calcimation furnace 7, is calcine at 600W750°C for 10W30min, and taken out. Thus the dust containing a heavy metal such as Pb, Zn, Cr, etc. is enclosed.
