PURPOSE: To permit reduction of biologically treated diluted liquid, reduction of load and reduction of construction cost and operating cost by removing components of lower boiling points than that of water through distillation as pre-treatment prior to a biological treatment of the sewage either before or after concentrating water content by evaporation.
