Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for treating powder coated with organohydrogen polysiloxane which generates almost no hydrogen.

CONSTITUTION: Powder, after being reacted with organohydrogen polysiloxane for surface treatment, is contacted with at least one kind selected from among water and lower alcohols to replace the unreacted reactive hydrogen atoms of the organohydrogen polysiloxane left in the coating layer with a chemically stable functional group.
