In one reaction tank, an agitator, a pH meter, an ORP meter, a level meter, a hydrogen sulfide gas monitor, an internal cleaning device (shower nozzle), and a scrubber are equipped. A treatment process for each waste liquid is programmed by a sequence. By selecting treatment on a touch panel of a control board and performing automatic activation, the treatment is automatically executed.
