Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficiently and continuously separable oil-components in waste water.
SOLUTION: Waste water treatment equipment 10 is provided with an acid treating vessel 14, a centrifuge 20 and a biological treating vessel 22. The waste water of a water-soluble cutting oil is introduced into the vessel 14 where its pH is adjusted to 3 to 7 and an emulsion is decomposed. The waste water is then introduced into the centrifuge 20 and is centrifuged at a centrifugal acceleration of 49,000 to 147,000m/s2 and the oil-component is separated. The waste water is then introduced into the vessel 22 where the waste water undergoes biological treatment.
