To produce easily at a low cost a pipe to be connected with a preceding pipe and connect easily the pipe with the preceding pipe only by using driving force of a hydraulic drifter.
The rotational force transmitting fixture has an adapter 10 for connecting a boring rod 8 passing through a pipe P2 to a hydraulic drifter when the hydraulic drifter when the pipe P2 to be connected is set on a guide cell; a cap 14 to be mounted on a rear end of the pipe P2; and an adapter 16 for cap rotation. The adapter 16 for cap rotation is fitted to the adapter 10 and a cap 14 and rotates the pipe P2 when striking force and rotational force are applied to the adapter 10 by the hydraulic drifter and further connects the pipe P2 on the guide cell with the pipe P1 by screwing the top end of the pipe P2 to a rear end of a precedingly driven pipe P1.
