There is provided a method for unevenly distributing in a specific polymer component an inorganic filler in a polymer blend comprising two or more polymer components and the inorganic filler, wherein, at least one of the polymer components is a thermosetting polymer, the polymer blend forms a microphase separation structure via thermosetting, and the inorganic filler is unevenly distributed by performing heat treatment for 10-360 min in a temperature range from the temperature at which the exothermic peak area in thermosetting becomes ≤5% to 40°C lower temperature in the measurement of the differential scanning calorie (DSC) of the polymer blend so as to promote the flow of the inorganic filler.
