Non-animation image data, such as backup data, is read out of an auxiliary memory device 21 in a personal computer 20 of the information processing system formed by connecting the personal computer 20 and the digital video device 24 via an interface cable 26 and the header information and voice information complying with an animation image format (DIF) specific to the digital animation image accumulation medium in a processor 22 is added thereto. The non-animation image data is divided and stored in a video section and is stored in a main memory 23. The non-animation image data having a header section and others complying with the DIF format stored in the main memory 23 is outputted via an interface port/card 25 and the interface cable 26 to the digital video device 24 and is stored/accumulated in a compact DV table 24a.
