Abstract:
To provide a method of coping with environment harming factors remaining in a treated effluent after electrolytic oxidation treatment of a photographic effluent, and to provide a method for utilizing the treated effluent.
In the method for utilizing a photographic effluent, the photographic effluent is subjected to electrolytic oxidation treatment using a conductive diamond electrode as an anode and the treated photographic effluent is used as an aqueous sulfuric acid solution. This aqueous sulfuric acid solution is used as an acid extractant or as a flocculant after conversion to aluminum salt.
