Abstract:
To provide a method for enhancing fertilizing capacity by reducing the activity and/or the level of the glycoprotein hormone having the activity of lutropin circulating in the blood.
The single-stranded gonadotropin comprises a linker that has residual groups of 1-16 amino acids connecting the β-subunit of spinal animal gonadotropin on the N-terminus, the α-subunit of spinal animal on the C- terminus and the β-subunit of spinal animal gonadotropin to the α-subunit of spinal animal.
