Abstract:

To provide a method of varying taste of a beverage in a cup, glass, teacup, Sake cup, Sake bottle, etc.

Germanium is vapor-depositted or attached on a portion of a cup, a glass, etc. where the beverage is in contact with. Characteristics of germanium (negative electrons come out when temperature of the touching face is raised to ≥32°C) are used to subdivide aggregated molecules of water to vary and improve taste of the beverage.
