Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of batch processing by automatically verifying the processing result of the batch processing system.
CONSTITUTION: The batch processing system is provided with a file 116 of a register (1) wherein data items to be checked (e.g. return code, the number of records of an input/output file, etc.) and check condition expression are registered and also provided with a file 121 of a register (2) wherein a return code issued by an operating system 102 and the number of records of the input/ output file are registered in real time; and the processing result is verified by using those registers (1) and (2) after the batch processing.
