Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the automatic washing in relation to a method for washing a cylinder and a die of a twin-screw extruder for a food and its apparatus by especially feeding highly pressurized water through a nozzle to the cylinder and die after operation.
CONSTITUTION: The objective method for washing a cylinder and a die of a twin-screw extruder for a food and its apparatus are constructed by washing the interior of the cylinder (2) and the die (11) with pressurized water in a state of a rotated screw (4).
