The method for weighing a powdery and granular substance performs a pre-weighing process for preparing at least a final weighing set value in one-batch weighing and a plurality of intermediate accumulated weighed values as passing points, until reaching the final weighing set value on the basis of a drop value; a step-down weighing process for performing the weighing supply of the powdery and granular substance for the duration of time the intermediate accumulated weighed value reaches a final intermediate accumulated weighed value from an initial intermediate accumulated weighed value, while the supply amount of the powdery and granular substance to be supplied to a weighing instrument provided with a load cell is reduced step-by-step; and a final adjusted weighing process for performing final adjusted weighing which performs weighing with the supply amount of the powdery and granular substance, reduced additionally with an accumulated weighed value less than the final weighing set value by the drop value as a final adjusted weighed value, after the termination of the step-down weighing process.
