Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the quality of the weld of a blade by suppressing generation of the spatter, and improve the production efficiency by reducing the working time.
CONSTITUTION: A blade 3 provided with a flange 30 is abutted on the inner surface 2A of a shell 2, and the laser beam 4 irradiate from the outer surface 2B of the shell 2 is scanned at the first speed V1 where the penetration is made to the blade 3 in the section S1 passing the blade 3, while the laser beam is scanned at the second speed V2 where the penetration is less than the thickness of the shell in other section S2.
