Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and easily form an end face of a bonded part of a branched tube, and to obtain a welded part of a main tube crossing the branched tube with sufficient strength.
SOLUTION: In a method in which an end face 3 of a bonded part of a branched tube 2 is formed by cutting and welded to a main tube 1, a cutting torch is moved in the axial direction and tilted to form the end face 3 of the bonded part while the branched tube 2 is rotated, and the branched tube crossing the main tube is welded to an outer circumferential surface of the main tube 1 by a welding torch 6.
