Abstract:
To enhance the temperature compensation accuracy with respect to the temperature compensation data write method for the oscillator.
In the oscillator provided with a quartz oscillator 24, a varactor diode connecting to quartz oscillator 24, an IC 25 controlling a voltage applied to the varactor diode, and a temperature sensor 30 connecting to the IC 25, control data for the quartz oscillator 24 at a prescribed temperature and operation characteristic data of the IC 25 are read. Then setting data for the control circuit are calculated from the control data and the setting data are corrected by simulation between the setting data and the operation characteristic data.
