Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for easily and objectively discriminating a sleep disorder.SOLUTION: A method for discriminating a sleep disorder includes: a step for measuring an acceleration TA in a height direction of a subject; a step for calculating a negative acceleration NA on a predetermined condition, and calculating a first recumbent time zone, a gap time zone, a second recumbent time zone, and a sleeping time zone; and a step for detecting the presence or absence of the gap time zone of the sleeping time zone, or the presence or absence of a third recumbent time zone in which a time of the sleeping time zone is subtracted from a total time of the first recumbent time zone and the second recumbent time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: None
