Abstract:
To grasp which two phases among distribution lines a primary side of a pole transformer is connected to, by monitoring voltage imbalance of the distribution lines; and to further suppress the voltage imbalance, when the voltage imbalance has occurred.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for performing monitoring, comprising the steps of receiving a first voltage of distribution lines on a primary side of a pole transformer by a voltage reception part in a monitoring suppression device; performing a control for a power consumer's power conditioner that performs power-transmission/power-reception with the pole transformer by a power control part in the monitoring suppression device, so as to change active power or reactive power; receiving a second voltage on the primary side of the pole transformer by the voltage reception part; comparing the first voltage with the second voltage by a comparison part in the monitoring suppression device; detecting presence/absence of a voltage change of the distribution lines by the comparison part, based on a comparing result; and grasping the distribution lines to which the primary side of the pole transformer is connected, by a connection grasping part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
