Abstract:
To provide a micro chemical device not exposing dissolved air in a solution within a liquid flow channel when used in analysis or reaction, reducing a change in the amount of a reaction solution and excellent in reproducibility.
In the micro chemical device, a micro flow channel is provided in a member and a pressure reducing channel branched from the flow channel by a water impermeable and air permeable degassing partition wall is provided.
