Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid device with which air bubbles existing in a reaction solution can effectively be removed.SOLUTION: A micro fluid device 1 has a flow channel 100 through which a reaction solution flows, and includes a reaction part 110 for making the reaction solution flowing through the flow channel 100 react and a deaeration part 120 for removing a gas included in the reaction solution flowing through the flow channel 100, in which the flow channel 100 is arranged such that it passes at least through the reaction part 110, and the deaeration part 120 is arranged on a bent part of the flow channel 100 and makes the flow channel 100 and the outside of the micro fluid device 1 communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
