Abstract:
To provide a micro LED display capable of achieving high brightness and contrast and suppressing color mixture between adjacent pixels.SOLUTION: A micro LED display unit 1 includes: a micro LED array substrate 4 with a plurality of micro LED 2; a barrier 5 provided between a plurality of micro LEDs; and a substrate 6 opposing to the micro LED array substrate. The barrier has a shading part 5A which is of an inverted taper shape or a T shape in cross-sectional shape and a reflection part 5B provided at a side face of the shading part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
