Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily correct the deviation of the optical axis which is caused by an optical component by arranging an optical axis adjusting plate made of parallel plane glass at part of an optical system at a specific angle to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The optical axis adjusting plate 15 made of parallel plane glass is arranged between a prism 3B and a polarizing prism 4 while having the plane almost perpendicularly to the optical axis, and this optical axis adjusting plate is so adjusted as to slant at the specific angle to the optical axis. Namely, the optical axis is shifted in position according to the Snell's law of reflection and refraction to make an adjustment so that a focusing point is in an image formation plane on the regular optical optical axis. Consequently, the optical axis of the optical system is adjusted easily and finely.
