To realize stable output even in a high frequency band by constituting a system of a synthesizer, a multiplier, a temperature compensation circuit having an output adjusting function and an amplifier.
A multiplier is connected to a synthesizer and a signal is amplified through g high pass filter 5 through which the output signal passes and which attenuates the other signals and an amplifier 6. The signal is inputted to a temperature compensation circuit with output power adjusting function 7. In the diode 14 of the compensation circuit 7, a bonding wire connecting an inner conductor and a terminal becomes inductance at the high frequency of a 5.8 GHz and a cathode terminal cannot be grounded in terms of a high frequency when it is directly connected to ground. An LC parallel circuit for cathode terminal ground 15 is installed between the diode 14 and ground. A coil or a capacitor or only the capacitor is inserted and the inner inductance component of the diode 14 is canceled. Then, the terminal can be grounded in the 5.8 GHz and stable output can be obtained.
