Abstract:
The micro dosing unit, to deliver small volumes of a fluid, has a dosing zone (3) to hold a fluid volume at least at times. It has an outflow opening (5) and a vibration unit (6) to act on at least one surface of the dosing zone, to force the fluid out by vibration. The membrane (2) is of plastics, metal or silicon.
