Abstract:
To provide micro-bubble formulations that do not easily cause the ABC phenomenon even after repeated use.SOLUTION: Provided is a microbubble formulation that enables the avoidance of the accelerated blood clearance (ABC) phenomenon, consisting of a coat consisting of a lipid, and a gas encapsulated in the lumen of the coat, the coat being a lipid consisting of distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) and distearoylphosphatidylglycerol (DSPG), and the gas containing at least one of perfluoropropane, perfluorobutane, perfluoropentane, and perfluorohexane, or a mixed gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
