To provide a microchannel chip reaction control system for appropriately adjusting various kinds of conditions related to a target chemical reaction in the minute channel of a microchannel chip, such as the temperature conditions of the reaction region and the concentration and flow rate of a reagent solution.
The microchannel chip reaction control system comprises the microchannel chip 1, having at least two microchannels 1a, 1b for introducing reagent solutions A, B and a microchannel 1c, where they are jointed; an analysis means 2 for sampling a product C obtained from the microchannel 1c for analysis; and a control means 3 for controlling the reaction conditions in the microchannel chip 1, based on the analysis result obtained from the analysis means 2.
