Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microinjecting device which has a good mechanical characteristic and a good operation responsivity and is superior in ink jet function and a manufacture therefor.
SOLUTION: A structure of a main operation part of a membrane 20a is separated to two, an impact film 24 having a high tension-transmitting characteristic (for example, a nickel film) and an organic film 21 having a high extensibility (e.g. a polyimide film). Each area serves as an impact force-transmitting medium for strongly pressing up ink and as a quick initializing medium. Moreover, the area scatters and eliminates a stress to play a role of preventing damages such as wrinkles or the like.
