Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device quickly and highly efficiently transporting skin tissue (a stratum corneum and an epidermal layer) served as a barrier of a medication transport in a percutaneous absorption method, and a transport method of medication.SOLUTION: The device includes: a microneedle; a medication support layer coming into contact with a non-needle surface of the microneedle; a DC electrode coming into contact with the medication support layer at a surface opposite to a contact surface with the microneedle; and an AC electrode for skin contact. A DC power supply is connected to a conductor coating layer and the DC electrode coming into contact with the medication support layer, and an AC power supply is connected to the conductor coating layer and the AC electrode.
