To provide a micronozzle, which can simultaneously deliver through a number of delivery ports a number of types of solutions respectively through individual flow passages without contamination between the solutions to form a number of spots at one time and easily, and to provide its manufacturing method, a spotting method and a spotter provided with the micronozzle.
This micronozzle has four or more mutually independent capillary flow passages and a delivery port and an injection port provided in each of the flow passages. The center-to-center distance of adjacent delivery ports is 4 to 10,000 times the diameter of the delivery port. The center-to-center distance of the adjacent injection ports is larger than the center-to-center distance of the adjacent delivery ports, and the diameter of the injection port is larger than the diameter of the delivery port. There are also provided its manufacturing method, a spotting method, and a spotter provided with the micronozzle.
