Abstract:
To realize a microphone system whose frequency band extends up to 100 kHz or higher by combining existing microphone systems so as to cover a frequency band beyond a high-frequency limit frequency.
An output sound picked up by a microphone capsule 2 with a sensitivity frequency characteristic of 100 kHz or over is fed to HPFs 5-1 to 5-N. The HPFs 5-1 to 5-N cut off the component of the frequency band which is covered by an existing microphone 9. A mixer 8 mixes the output of the microphone 9 with an output of the HPFs 5-1 to 5-N, so as to achieve sound pickup up to 100 kHz by using the existing microphone 9 as a core.
