Title:
MICROPHONE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008258928
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a microphone capable of detecting vibrations about sound with high sensitivity.

The microphone 1A is provided with a diaphragm 2 for receiving sound pressure to vibrate, a diffraction grating piece 30A attached to a bobbin 21 integrated with the rear side of the diaphragm 2 to move along the direction in which the diaphragm 2 vibrates, and a diffraction grating interferometer 3A for detecting a displacement amount of the diaphragm 2 from a phase change of interference light which can be changed in accordance with a moving amount of the diffraction grating piece 30A that is moved by the vibrations of the diaphragm 2, wherein light from a light source for emitting interferable light is made incident on the diffraction grating piece 30A, and two diffracted light beams diffracted by the diffraction grating piece 30A are interfered with each other.
