PURPOSE: To provide a microswitch mounting device without imperfect contact at contact points and mechanical malfunction, by preventing a flow of flux caused by capillarity in soldering from flowing into an inner part of the microswitch when the microswitch having a supporting cover is mounted by soldering to a printed base.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting cover 1 is provided for a microswitch 2, and a printed base 4 is set for mounting the supporting cover 1 and the microswitch 2, wherein a protruding part 11 is formed between the supporting cover 1 and the microswitch 2 to provide a clearance 13 on the mounting faces thereof, and moreover in part of the supporting cover 1, a mounting face in contact with the printed base 4 is chamfered to provide a space 14 continuously connected to the clearance 13. Thus, the space 14 and the clearance 13 are possible to prevent a flow of flux caused by capillarity from flowing into the microswitch.
