Abstract:
PURPOSE: To discover the abnormality of a temperature detecting element in an early period and improve the safety property of the device.
CONSTITUTION: When a temperature, detected by a thermistor 17a for low temperature, approaches to the upper limit of the detecting range of the thermistor 17a for low temperature and has arrived at the vicinity of a temperature whereat the thermistor 17a for low temperature is switched to a thermistor 17b for high temperature, a temperature difference between the thermistor 17a and the thermistor 17b is operated by an operating means 36. When the temperature difference has become higher than 20°C, it is judged that either one of the thermistor 17a or the thermistor 17b has caused the trouble of opening and a magnetron 12 is stopped by a stopping means 37.
